How to use

To prepare matcha, put 0.08 to 0.1 oz (2 to 3 g) into a bowl. Pour in 1.7 fl oz (50 ml) of warm water at 176 degrees F (80 degrees C), then whisk promptly with a chasen. For a smoother matcha latte, sift the powder before blending it with warm water or milk. It may also be mixed into cookies, cakes, ice, and other confectionery. Handle hot water carefully and keep the product away from children.

Care instructions

Once opened, fasten the zipper securely to help shield the powder from moisture. Keep it in a cool, dark location, such as a refrigerator, to help preserve its color and freshness, and use it as soon as practical after opening.
